My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms are spacious and overlook the river, beautifully decorated and very clean. The service was exceptional, from helping me plan my visit to arranging a private car tour of Tuscany on short notice. The location is just perfect, a short walk from the center of Florence, offering a peaceful setting by the Arno river. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of options. Overall, a great value for money.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with well-appointed rooms featuring a nice big bathroom and great closets. The signature Westin Heavenly Bed provided exceptional comfort. The room service was prompt, although options were limited, and the balcony overlooking the Arno was absolutely fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the piazza in front of the hotel and a partial view of the Arno River. The connected rooms provided were perfect for our needs, and the private balcony added a luxurious touch.
